• A new generation of non-stringing, nearly odorless, and non-carbonizing hot melt adhesive for carton sealing. Widely used for side-sealing and bottom-gluing of paper boxes in food, pharmaceutical, biomedical, and disposable contact lens factories.
• Low odor at high temperatures significantly reduces the smell in enclosed working environments.
• Excellent non-stringing spraying characteristics greatly reduce contamination of finished products and machinery, solving the severe stringing issues common with general carton-sealing adhesives.
• Outstanding heat aging resistance; it does not carbonize in the glue tank, preventing carbon residue and nozzle clogging over long-term use.
• Allows for lower-temperature operation, promoting energy saving and carbon reduction. Recommended temperatures: Tank 150°C, Hose 165°C, Nozzle 170°C.
• High bonding strength; adhesive consumption can be significantly reduced by more than 35%.
• Excellent adhesion to most paper boxes.
